Never underestimate the power of a good pair of shoes. That’s what got Ryan Oakley hired by FarAway Greens many years ago. He came in for an interview and was very serious. He knew a lot about golf and wasn’t one for small talk….but he had great loafers, so we took a shot! And it was the best decision for all of us.
