- What happens in a fitting?
Your session will take place in a private booth. As you hit, we’ll analyze the data with superior technology combined with decades of golf expertise. No secrets. Just facts that we can show you, and you can understand. So let us help you find the right clubs for you.
- How long does a fitting take?
That all depends on your needs. Your fitting session can take the time it takes to watch a sitcom or all the way up to a full movie.
Putter – 30 minutes
Single Club – 1 hour (Driver, Wedges, Woods, Irons, Hybrids)

- What should I bring to my fitting?
Most importantly, bring your golf enthusiasm! Also bring your current clubs, golf shoes (or runners), and a water bottle to stay hydrated. Leave the rest up to us!
- When is the right time to get fit?
Before you buy your next club, you should get fit. Whether you are a seasoned golfer who needs to fix their swing or new to the game, the right clubs can elevate your game. Being fit for the right clubs means less time, money, and energy wasted on the wrong clubs. Invest in yourself.
Ordering equipment
- What club brands do you carry?
At Chuck & Oaks, we are brand agnostic. We will recommend what we think is the best club for you, no matter the brand. In order to make sure we have a great selection we carry: Callaway, Mizuno, PING, TaylorMade, and Titleist.
- Do I have to buy clubs once I am fitted?
No. There is absolutely no obligation to make a purchase at the end of a fitting. In fact if your clubs are already the best for you — we’ll tell you. If we can help you elevate your game, we will provide our recommendations and place your order. Soon enough your new clubs will be on the way!
- How long will my order take?
As soon as you’ve decided based on our recommendation, we’ll order your personalized clubs! Delivery time varies on the manufacturer but 14 business days is a fair estimate. If delays occur, you can rest assured that we’ll keep you in the loop the entire time.
- How can I stay up to date on new equipment?
Our Newsletter! As seasons change so does golf news and trends. By signing up for our newsletter you will stay informed about new products, features and golf tips. So don’t miss any of our exciting news.
- Can I buy clubs as a gift for someone?
If gift giving is important to you, we can help. Our gift cards can be used for a fitting, or buying clubs. Though each golfer needs to come in to be fit personally, you can still help them get what is right for them.
